I think the main issue for the Pi 400 is that it is ARMv8, but Horizon Client is only offered in ARMHF via the Linux 64 bit bundle on VMware’s website. It seems ludicrous that one has to buy a paid for Operating System just to have this functionality. You really need to offer a FREE Client for Raspberry Pi OS ARMHF & ARM64 Just find the 'armhf' folder in the download and follow the instructions here. I've just finished creating a deployable version for IGEL OS, which is based on Ubuntu 18.04. There is indeed a Horizon Client release for RPI4.
